Brian, I am looking to start doing Yoga sometime soon. I currently train in the gym and attend a jiu-jitsu/MMA school and was looking into adding Yoga into my training after trying it in college. Is there a specific kind that would help with my training, perhaps an athletically inclined program. I would like to improve my flexibility and relax more efficiently. Also, my morning is pretty busy with getting ready for work and breakfast and my nights are busy with training, so I dont know when is the best time for me to try to squeeze yoga in. If you could just provide a link or something to get me started, thanks!

Brian, what a great video. Way to go promoting yoga. I was hoping to catch you at Santana Row again to give you passes to come and try Bikram Yoga at my studio in Westgate West Shopping Mall. There is also an advanced class (84 poses) that some of us do three times a week that is more comparable to what I see you doing in the video.
