Cowboys double down on last year's huge bet with latest additions to the organization

Since he took ahold of the team as head coach, McCarthy expressed interest in building a data-driven team to help the Cowboys in overall decision-making but it was a long-winded process after he joined the franchise in the middle of pandemic.

Last year, under the wings of Park, the team grew and this is another step on a process that could help the Cowboys win moving forward.
